Child’s mourning dress made with homemade paper (pulp made from sweetheart letters written by soldiers who never returned from various wars, ink retrieved from those letters, sepia, and bone dust from every bone in the body); hair flowers braided by a Civil War widow; carved bone buttons; mourning dress fabric and lace; WWII surgical suture thread; silk, velvet, ribbon, mahogany, and glass.
